品牌忠诚度的影响因素及其在企业营销战略中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 品牌忠诚是企业营销战略的重要组成部分,对于品牌忠诚度的研究,文章将引入消费者的人格特征和企业所处行业这两个影响因素,分析不同的因素对于企业品牌忠诚度的影响。同时举例分析不同的影响因素如何在企业制订营销计划中发挥作用。
