摘要
采用动态DSC技术研究热固性酚醛/石墨导热塑料反应固化工艺过程,建立动力学方程,利用动力学方程和动力学参数进一步得到固化反应程度、固化反应温度以及固化反应时间三者之间的关系。动力学参数为lnA=6.87,E=46.86kJ/mol,n=0.97;该材质理论上较为合适的固化温度T=200℃,固化时间t=15min。
In this paper, the cure reaction processing of graphite filling phenol-formaldehyde heat-conductive plastics was studied by DSC . The curing reaction activation energy(E), reaction order(n) and pre-exponential factor(A) were obtuined based on the kinetic equetions which were constructed in accordance with the measuring principle of DSC.Using the kinetic parameters,the relactionship among degree of curing,curing temperature and curing time was established.The results shown: lnA=6.87, E=46.86kJ/mol, n=0.97, theoretical curing temperature T=200℃, curing time t=15min.
