摘要
研究了晶种存在下,丙烯酸/乙酸乙烯酯无规共聚物对二水合硫酸钙从过饱和水溶液中结晶动力学的影响。发现该共聚物存在下CaSO4·2H2O的结晶过程存在诱导期。诱导期随共聚物浓度或共聚物中乙酸乙烯酯含量的增加而增加,随温度、晶种含量或初始钙离子浓度的降低而增加。诱导期后的结晶生长速度与共聚物浓度、共聚物组成和晶种用量几乎无关。
The influence of acrylic acid/vinyl acetate random copolymers on the kinetics of crystallization of calcium sulfate dihydrate from supersaturated aqueous solution has been studied in the presence of seed crystals. It was found that the crystallization of CaSO 4·2H 2O in the presence of the copolymers was preceded by an induction period, which increased with the increase of copolymer concentration or vinyl acetate content in the copolymers, and with the decrease of temperature, amount of seed crystals or initial Ca 2+ concentration. The rata of crystal growth after the induction period was almost independent of copolymer concentration, copolymer composition and the amount of seed crystals.
