摘要
粉煤灰早期活性低、活性发展缓慢,粉煤灰混凝土早期强度低。采用碱激发剂熟石灰和硫酸盐激发剂硫酸钠相复合的化学激发方法,使粉煤灰混凝土早期强度发展加快。在试验段的应用表明,采用活性激发的粉煤灰混凝土,早期强度增长较快,7d强度在基准混凝土的80%以上,28d,90d的强度分别在基准混凝土的97%,103%以上;但粉煤灰混凝土28d的耐磨性比基准混凝土低,采用活性复合激发的粉煤灰混凝土42d的耐磨性比基准混凝土提高11%~18%。
The early activation of the fly-ash is low,and the activation development is very slow. The early strength of the fly-ash concrete is low. Adopting the chemical activate method to the activation fly-ash composite activator which stirred the hydrate llme-the alkali activation and the sodium sulfate-the sulphate activation to the fly-ash concrete, the activator makes the development of the early strength of the fly-ash concrete sped up. Using in the experiment, it's found that the early strength of the activated fly-ash concrete develops fast,and its 7 d strength and 28 d strength and 90 d strength are more than the common cement concrete corresponding strength 80% and 97% and 103%. However,the 28 d grind resistance of the fly-ash concrete is lower than the common cement concrete grind resistance,and the activated fly-ash concrete 42 d grind resistance is more than the common cement concrete grind resistance 11% -18%.
