摘要
指出了电力系统接地网中冲击接地电阻对电力系统接地安全的重要影响,并提出了一种接地测量的新方法。其原理是利用冲击电流注入地网并作为测量用电流,应用频谱分解法计算接地参数。本方法能计算出直流电阻及相应冲击阻抗、频域阻抗特性。通过实验室试验和现场试验,证明该方法可以应用到工程中,具有实际工程意义。
It is pointed out that the impulse grounding resistance is an important factor for the safety of power system, and a new method of measuring grounding resistance is proposed. The principle is putting the impulse current into the earth and using it as the measurement current, then using the spectrum analysis to calculate the grounding resistance. This method can obtain the direct current resistance and the impulse current resistance at this time. Through laboratory tests and field tests, the data analysis proves that this method can be put into the project.
