摘要
[目的]探讨用空气-乙炔火焰原子吸收光谱法测定工作场所中总铬的影响及消除干扰的方法,以建立火焰原子吸收法测定工作场所空气中的铬。[方法]以微孔滤膜浓缩采集工作场所空气中的铬,用酸消解后,将消解液喷入火焰,测定铬的含量。[结果]该方法的最低检出浓度为1.67×10-3mg/m3(以采集75L空气样品计算)。溶液浓度在0.005~3.0mg/L之间线性关系良好,平均相对标准偏差为4.87%,回收率在104.3%-107.0%之间。[结论]该法适用于工作场所空气中铬及其化合物的测定。
[Objective]To study the effect of determination of total chromium by using flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry and its method of eliminating the intervention,so as to establish the method of detecting the chromium in workplace by using flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry.[Methods]The chromium in the air was collected by microporous membrane concentration,followed by using acid digestion.The digestion liquid was sprayed over the flame,finally the chromium content was determined.[Results]The detection limit was 1.67×10-3 mg/m3(The calculation was based on the collected 75 L air sample);The concentration of solution was detected significantly linear correlation at the range of 0.005-3.0 mg/L,and the relative standard deviation was 4.87%;The recovery rate was at the range of 104.3%-107.0%.[Conclusion]This method is suitable for determination of chromium and its compounds in the air of workplace.
