摘要
[目的]建立毛细管气相色谱法,对酮洛芬生产场所空气中多组分有机溶剂进行同时测定。[方法]采用CBP20毛细管柱分离,在程序升温条件下,同时测定混合溶剂。[结果]该法分离效果好,检出限在1.7~17.8μg/ml之间,相关系数在0.9990~0.999 9之间,变异系数在1.9%~5.7%之间。[结论]方法有较好的灵敏度和准确度,提高了项目的采样和检测效率。
[Objective]To establish the capillary gas chromatography for simultaneous determination of multicomponent organic solvents in the air of Ketoprofen workplaces.[Methods]All the mixed solvents were complete separated by CBP-20 capillary column,and stimultaneously determined by gas chromatograph when temperature was increased.[Results]This method showed good effect of separation.The detection limits were at the range of 1.7 μg/ml-17.8 μg/ml.The correlation coefficient and coefficient of variability of this method were at the range of 0.9990-0.9999 and 1.9%-5.7%,respectively.[Conclusion]The method possesses features of high sensitivity and accuracy,which could improve the efficiency of sampling and detecting.
