摘要 目的阐述水通道蛋白(AQP)与脑水肿相关的基础与实验研究。方法参阅国内外相关文献,就水通道蛋白与脑水肿之间的密切关系作一综述。结果水通道蛋白在多种原因所致的脑水肿过程中发挥着极为重要的作用。结论AQP在脑水肿形成过程中的作用和机制研究将对临床神经系统疾病的诊治有重要的指导意义。
