摘要
基于文献［１］中的开发平台的设计要求，叙述了基于开发平台软构件的定义与分类、描述与管理机制。
This paper is concerned with the study on a SCM (Software Component Manager) built based on reguirements of the development platform presented in ref. , and presents a structure archiecture of the SCM and a hierarchical stvucture of SCB, and presents a defintion and the classification and the description data structure for a software component, and put forward the idea for implementing the SCM.
