摘要
目的了解丹阳市2004~2006年高中学生对艾滋病的传播途径和预防知识的知晓率及其变化趋势。方法采用整群抽样的方法,使用统一的调查表,每年对辖区内高中学生的艾滋病知识知晓情况进行调查。结果在2004、2005和2006年分别调查了314、987和825人。调查结果显示,2006年各项相关知识的知晓率均高于2004年,并且对艾滋病3条传播途径的知晓率较高,2006年均达85%以上。学生对传播途径的知晓率高于多数非传播途径的知晓率。对艾滋病非传播途径和预防知识的知晓程度差别较大。2006年学生的非传播途径知晓率均在51.2%~92.5%之间,使用安全套可以预防艾滋病的知晓率男、女生分别为87.1%和65.6%。趋势统计分析结果显示,对于男生来说,安全套的知晓率有逐年上升趋势,对于女生来说,母婴传播的知晓率有逐年上升趋势。结论2006年丹阳市的高中学生对艾滋病的传播途径的知晓率均高于85%,达到了示范区工作方案的要求。艾滋病健康教育工作取得了一定的成效,但一些非传播途径信息的传播仍需加强。同时发现,男生和女生对艾滋病信息的关注程度不同。建议分别针对男生和女生制作使他们感兴趣的宣传材料,以增强艾滋病健康教育的效果。
Objective To understand the changes and trends of knowledge about HIV/AIDS spreading and prevention among high school students in Danyang from 2004 to 2006. Methods The cluster sampling method was used to select students and the investigations were carried out through uniform questionnaires. Results 314, 987 and 825 valid questionnaires were collected respectively in 2004, 2005 and 2006. The results of the investigations showed that the level of.AIDS knowledge in 2006 was higher than that in 2004. The awareness rates of sex, sharing injection with drug users and mother-tochild transmission were comparatively high, reaching 85 % in 2006. Students knew more about AIDS transmission related knowledge than the majority of non-transmission related knowledge. The rates were 51.2%-92.5% in 2006. The awareness rates of using condom were 87.1% in boys and 65.6% in girls in 2006. The results of trend analysis showed that the awareness rates of using condom in boys and mother-to-child transmission in girls were increased from 2004 to 2006. Conclusions The AIDS transmission related awareness rates are higher than the goal of 85 % up to 2006 brought forward by China Comprehensive AIDS Response program. AIDS health education has worked effectively in Danyang. But some of the non-transmission related knowledge must be strengthened. It has been considered that information, education, communication materials should be designed and made on boys and girls respectively to reinforce the effectiveness of AIDS health education among students.
