摘要
详述了基于B/S模式的绝缘监督管理信息系统的设计方法和功能特点,通过业务流程分析、数据流程分析等设计了管理系统的对象模型、概念与物理数据模型等多种模型。本系统应用ORACLE数据库技术和WEB技术,实现了数据信息的快速传递、报表计算及汇总、多样式查询、记录和报表统一管理等功能,很好地解决了不同样式报表的数据输入输出的问题,使技术监督管理工作更加规范,对各项技术监督数据的查询、统计更加方便、快捷、高效。通过该系统的实用化运行,已在生产经营中发挥了很好的作用,大大加强了企业的管理力度,给企业管理带来很大的经济效益和社会效益,对企业正确合理的指挥生产和科学决策起了重大的作用。
Having described in detain the B/S mode - based design method and work characteristic of the technical supervision management system of a power plant, the paper has designed models of controlled plant, concept and physical data for the management system by making operation flow - process and data flow - process analysis. The system has implemented such functions as quick data and information transmission, statement calculation and collection, various inquiries and recording as well as unified management of statements by using ORACLE database technology and WEB technology so that the data input and output problem of statements in various forms has been solved, the technical supervision management has been more standardized, and the inquiries and statistic work of the technical supervision management have become easier, quicker and more effective. The practical operation of the system has proved that it plays an important role in production operation of a power plant, thus greatly improving management of an enterprise and bringing about significant economic benefits to enterprise management.
