摘要
在弱碱性条件下,以尿素和甲醛溶液为原料通过加成反应合成制备二羟甲基脲,利用FTIR、1HCMR对产物的结构进行了表征,用化学方法对其所含元素、羟甲基含量及游离甲醛含量进行分析。研究结果表明,通过这种制备方法,产物二羟甲基脲含量较高,游离甲醛的含量较低。
Under the alkalescency condition, dihydroxyl-methyl-urea was synthesized by the addition reaction with urea and formaldehyde as materials, The structure formation characteristic of the product which was synthesized under the alkalescency condition was analyzed by FTIR and HNMR methods. The content of free formaldehyde, hydroxymethyl and element was analyzed by chemical method. The result indicated that the content of dimethylol-urea is higher, and free formaldehyde is lower with the preparation method.
