摘要
研究了一种应用于6~18GHz的微带均衡电路.这种电路利用并联谐振枝节形成带阻特性,用集总电阻实现了对衰减量的调节,并起到改善驻波的作用,用紧凑的结构实现了器件的小型化。给出了这种均衡电路的参数设计原则,并对其进行了仿真研究和实物制作,得出了满足技术指标的均衡曲线。通过在实际生产中应用,验证了该结构的实用性以及设计方法的有效性。
A microstrip equalizer used in 6~18 GHz was studied. In this design, the parallel stub resonator was used to get hand-stop effect, the resistor was used to modify the attenuation character, and thus the VSWR is improved. The compact structure was employed to realize the miniaturization of apparatus. Furthermore, a rule of parameter design was proposed, and the simulation and its implementation have been carried out. The circuit was applied in the production, and the method was proved to be applicable and the structure was confirmed to be useful.
