摘要
在PWM逆变器中,存在死区时间以及由此引起的死区效应。减少死区效应的方法通常是作后置死区补偿。随着数字信号处理器技术的迅速发展,死区时间的精确计算成为可能。提出了一种包含死区时间的双极性SPWM等面积控制算法,即基于面积中点的等面积采样法,在设计控制算法时,把死区时间计算在内。算法谐波分析结果表明,包含死区时间的SPWM等面积控制算法在谐波特性上可以与理想的采样法相媲美。
There are dead-time and dead-time effect in PWM inverters. The general method of reducing dead-time effect is dead-time compensation. With the development of digital signal processor, dead-time could be computed accurately. For reduce dead-time effect, an area-center bio-SPWM control algorithm that including dead-time was introduced, Based on area-center equal-area sampling algorithm, the design takes account of the dead-time. The analysis of harmonies proves that the algorithm including dead-time has the same harmonics characters with the ideal sampling algorithm.
