摘要
通过对axicon透镜的基尔霍夫衍射的分析,导出了合适的衍射图计算公式,分析了平行光倾斜入射时的衍射图特性,给出了模拟计算和实验结果,并探讨了在调整允差方面的应用.
When an axicon is tilted, the collimated light converged will never again form diffraction spots of Bessel distribution. The Kirchholf diffraction formula has to be used to analyze the diffraction result and some higher degree terms related to the tilted angle in the expansion of the corresponding exponential terms are retained. After proper arrangement, an integral about can be obtained. The result of the integral very well reflects the actual diffraction pattern. Numerical simulation and experimental results agree with each other. The calculating formula for the diffraction pattern can be used to estimate the adjustment permissible error of the axicon in practical application.
