摘要
20世纪90年代以来,我国农村劳动力供大于求的矛盾日趋尖锐,如何加快农村剩余劳动力转移的步伐,实现农村劳动力资源的合理配置,成为社会经济发展的一个重要问题。本文着重分析了山西农村剩余劳动力现状和现阶段农村劳动力就业与转移的制约因素,提出与之相应的对策。
Since 1990s, with the deepening reform of China＇s economic system and industrialization, the surplus workforce in the rural areas becomes a problem. Therefore, transferring the workforce is a challenging task facing us. This article, based on the data collected from 2000 to 2006, analyzes the current condition of surplus workforce in the rural areas in Shanxi Province and related restricting factors, and offers some strategies to solve the problem.
