摘要
目的通过观察患者唾液蛋白成分的变化,探讨一种新的舍格伦综合征的诊断方法。方法对28例经确诊的舍格伦综合征患者和16名健康正常人非刺激性混合唾液唾液进行等电聚焦电泳蛋白分离。使用激光光密度计扫描凝胶并以专业软件分析蛋白沉淀带。结果舍格伦综合征患者和正常人电泳条带数目不同,分布形态不同,各条带蛋白含量有差异。本实验诊断舍格伦综合征的特异性为86%,敏感性81%,阳性预期符合率89%,阴性预期符合率76%。结论非刺激性混合唾液等电聚焦电泳是一种可行的无创性诊断舍格伦综合征的方法。
Objective To investigate the potential use of isoelectric focusing electrophoresis of unstimulated mixed saliva for the diagnosis of Sjogren syndrome. Methods Unstimulating mixed saliva was obtained from 28 patients with Sjogren syndrome and 16 healthy individuals, and the protein of saliva was analyzed by isoelectric focusing electrophoresis and compared between the two groups. The gels were scanned by laser densitometry and the data analyzed by 1-D gel software. Results Most of the patients with Sjogren syndrome exhibited an isoelectric focusing profile that was different from that of the healthy subjects. The specificity of diagnosis was 86%, the sensitivity 81%, the positive predictive value 89% and the negative predictive value 76%. Conclusion The results suggest that isoelectric focusing electrophoresis of unstimulated mixed saliva may be a potentially useful test for the diagnosis of Sjogren syndrome .
