摘要
目的探讨尿液分析仪在检测尿液白细胞的临床应用价值,提高尿液检测质量。方法采用尿干化学分析仪、UF-100全自动尿沉渣分析仪和显微镜,对门诊患者随机留取的503份尿样进行检测,判断三种方法的符合程度。结果显微镜(阳性122例,占24.3%)与UF-100全自动尿沉渣分析仪(阳性154例,占30.6%)联合检出阳性尿样98例,与尿干化学分析仪(阳性149例,占29.6%)联合检出阳性尿样97例;UF-100全自动尿沉渣分析仪与尿干化学分析仪联合检出阳性尿样67例;UF-100全自动尿沉渣分析仪和尿干化学分析仪与显微镜镜联合检测尿液白细胞阳性尿样仅47例。结论UF-100全自动尿沉渣分析仪与尿干化学分析仪检测尿液白细胞虽然具有检测速度快,操作简便,准确性、重复性好,精度高等优点,但由于检测原理不同导致检测结果出现显著差异,特别是某些病理标本,干扰因素较多影响了准确性,所以尿沉渣分析仪和尿干化学分析仪并不能代替显微镜,对于差异较大检测结果,迄今为止,显微镜镜检仍然是解决这个问题的最好方法。
Objective To explore the examination of leukocyte in urine with urinary analyzer for clinical application so as to ensure the results quality of urinary data. Methods 503 patients were enrolled, and urine samples collected from the all subjects were examined with urinary sediment analyzer, urinary chemical analyzer and microscopy. Results There were 122 urine samples with leukocyte-positive(24.3 % ) from 503 patients examined by microscopy. There were 98 urine samples with leukocyte-positive examined by methods of urinary sediment analyzer uniting with microscopy, Kappa = 0. 603, and 97 by methods of urinary chemical analyzer uniting with microscopy, Kappa = 0. 613. There were 67 urine samples with leukocyte-positive by methods of urinary sediment analyzer uniting with urinary chemical analyzer, Kappa= 0.202,and 47 by methods of microscopy uniting with urinary sediment analyzer and urinary chemical analyzer, Kappa = 0. 392. Conclusion Microscopy was the best way for examining leukocyte in urine, however urinary sediment analyzer and urinary ehemieal analyzer were quick, standard and exact methods.
