摘要
传统意义上的师范专业课因其理论化、模式化、单一化、静态化诸种弊端,无法实现真正意义上专业能力的培养。因此,我们要换记忆为质疑,转模式为个性,变单一为多元,改静态为互动,由此培养学生的反思能力、创造能力、探究能力、合作能力。
Traditionally, the professional courses in the Normal Schools are in general ineffective in fostering students' professional competence due to the drawbacks such as theorization, pattemization, monotony, invariability, etc. To foster students' competence in reflection, innovation, exploration and cooperation, a new methodology needs to be introduced to the existing educational system, in which students will be encouraged to raise questions rather than mesmerizing, to apply individualities rather than following patterns, and to focus on multi-faceted and interactive approaches rather than the monotonous and static ones.
