摘要
经在长江口水域中的挂片试验,结果表明Ac铝-601涂料复合涂层在耐海水腐蚀性和耐水冲蚀性方面优于单一的601涂层和纯锌-601涂料复合涂层,并结合AC铝-601涂料复合涂层的实际应用,更显示出它优良的耐海水腐蚀和抗冲蚀的性能,在硫和硫化物的腐蚀环境中仍然表现出较好的防腐蚀能力.据此得出结论,Ac铝-601涂料复合涂层是沿海地区钢铁闸门和石油化工中钢铁设备的有效防腐蚀手段.
The corrosion behavior of three kinds of coating samples in water of the Yangtze River mouth has been studied. The test results show that the performance of composite coat with Ac aluminum-601 coating is better than the sole 601 coating or a composite with pure zinc-601 coating for water-corrosion prevention and water-scouring resistance. In practical applications, the composite coats show an excellent performance of sea water corrosion prevention and sea water-scouring resistance, and better sulphur and sulphide corrosion prevention. Therefore,it is an efficacious corrosion prevention way for steel and iron structures in the water conservancy,the petroleum and chemical industry.
