摘要
目的编制适用于我国退伍军人社会适应状况的调查问卷，初步对退伍军人的社会适应状况进行等级分类。方法依据在访谈基础上绘制的退伍军人社会适应状况及其影响因素构成图，编制了由18个项目组成的退伍军人社会适应状况调查问卷；运用探索性因素分析技术构建了退伍军人社会适应状况及其影响因素的理论模型，运用验证性因素分析技术验证了理论模型的合理性。结果退伍军人的社会适应状况问卷由部队生活适应状况、家庭成员之间的关系、入伍前的学业状况、退伍后的社会适应状况和经济状况5个因子构成。问卷具有理想的一致性信度（0.792）、重测信度（0.893）、项目区分度和结构效度，P值均小于0.01。结论编制的问卷可以作为测量退伍军人社会适应状况的工具使用。
Objective To develop a social adjustment scale for veterans. Methods The adaptive ques- tions and factors were collected by questioning and talking with the veterans. Exploratory factor analysis was used to construct the theory model of the social adjustment and its affected factors. And confirmatory factor analysis was used to validate the rationality of the theory model. Results The whole social adjustment scale was constitute of five factors, such as the adaptability of military living, the relationship among family members, the case of the school work before joining up, the adaptability of social life after retiring from army and the economy status. The scale＇ s internal consistency was 0. 792, and test-retest reliability was 0. 893. It also had acceptable discriminate validity and structure validity. Conclusion The psychometric quality of the social adjustment scale for veterans is satisfying.
