摘要
用不同分子量的聚乳酸共混改性丝素,研究结果表明,与纯的丝素膜相比,共混合膜的力学性能明显提高,透汽性也有所提高,但透湿性略有下降;聚乳酸的分子量对共混膜的力学性能、透湿性均有一定的影响,但对共混膜的透汽性影响不大。FTIR和XRD表征结果表明聚乳酸的加入丝素分子β构像的含量明显增多;用Vigot函数以1265和1235cm^-1为中心在1200~1300cm^-1之间对红外光谱进行了分峰,用11265/1235cm^-1来表征混合膜中8构像丝素分子的含量,结果表明比例为5/100的聚乳酸/丝素共混膜中,丝素分子β3构像含量最多,为0.64。
The polylactic-acid(PLLA) with the molecular weight were used to modify the silk fibroin(SF) film. Compared to the pure silk fibroin membrane, the breaking strength and the steam permeability of the PLLA/SF blends increased a lot, but the water permeability decreased a little. The molecular weight of PLLA had little influence on the steam permeability, but influenced the breaking strength and water permeability to some extent. The structural of the PLLA/SF were examined through Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, X-ray diffractometry(XRD). It was found the contents of β-sheet fibroin in PLLA/SF films increased a lot , according to the FTIR and XRD. We disported the apex in 1265 and 1235cm-1 between 1200 and 1300cm-1 according to Vigot function, we used the area ratio to token the β-sheet contents in the blends. We got the results that the blends with the PLLA/SF ratio 5/100 had the most contents of β-sheet fibroin , that was 0.64.
