A Multifunctional Pipe String Technique on Fluid Flowing Back Quickly by Fracturing Gas Lifting

摘要 在吐哈油田特低渗透油藏区块深井压裂时,压裂液的返排率平均只有14%,严重影响压裂效果。通过研制承高压的气举阀和工作筒,可实现压裂施工后不动管柱,并通过增大排液压差,及时进行气举排液作业。该技术在吐哈及塔河油田施工200余井次,最高施工压力107MPa,在3000m井深,51/2"套管油井中,平均返排时间8h,平均返排率上升到了52%,显著改善了压裂效果。 In Tuha oilfield, fracturing fluid flowing back rate is only 14% after fracturing simulation for deep wells (more than 10000ft) in reservoir with lower reservoir pressure and low permeability, which greatly affects stimulation effect. By developing high-pressure resistance gas-lift valve and working mandrel, pipe string neednt to be pulled out after fracturing, and by increasing flowing-back pressure difference, flowing-back operation by gas lift can be carried out in time. The technology has been applied in more than 200 wells in Tuha oilfield. The highest operating pressure is 107 MPa, at 3 000 m deep well with 51/2"casing, the average flowing-back time is only 8 hours. Fracture fluid flow back rate increases, up to 52%, which improves fracture effect greatly.
