高校学生以其独特的思想感情、行为方式、生活观念形成了独特的学生寝室文化,它是高校校园文化建设的重要部分。由于新形势下学生寝室管理与寝室生活中存在的现实问题,迫切需要加强学生寝室文化的建设。通过各种途径的寝室文化建设,对于高校学生思想品德情感素质的升华、文明习惯的养成、学会正确处理人际关系、加强自我心理的调适、综合能力的锻炼与提高等诸方面都起着特别重要的作用。高校学生管理工作者可充分发挥寝室文化建设的重大作用,从而达到全面育人的目的。
