摘要
借鉴国内外经验,我国公共图书馆普及化可采取以总/分馆制为主导的模式,其主要优越性在于促进基层图书馆的建设。
Drawing on the experiences home and abroad, ＂Central library and branches＂ may be an ideal pattern for popularization of public library in China, which can improve the development of basic level library.
