产学研合作是当今世界各国科技与经济结合的一条成功经验,是一项开发潜在生产力、促进经济发展的战略措施,是一种推进企业与高等院校科研院所资源整合、优势互补、实现科技成果市场化的有效途径。产学研合作有利于提高延边地区的自主创新能力,有利于促进延边地区经济更好更快的发展。
The cooperation of industries and research institutions, as successful experience gained by most countries from the combination of science and technology with economy, is a strategic measure to develop the potential productive forces and progress the economy. It will put forward the integration of re.sources, complement various deficiencies and market the scientific achievements effectively. The cooperation will benefit the economic development and greatly accelerate the technical innovations in Yanbian Area.
