Adsorption of Yeast Immobilized by Alginate Sodium-Gelatin-PVA Embedding Method on Pb^(2+)

摘要 利用海藻酸钠,明胶,PVA固定化酵母菌吸附金属铅离子,实验结果表明,包埋剂海藻酸钠、明胶、PVA浓度各为1%,pH值为4.5,Pb2+离子初始浓度为0.9652mmol·L-1,酵母菌浓度为5g/L时,在室温下吸附1h,吸附效果最佳,其吸附模型符合Langmuir等温吸附方程。 Adsorption of yeast immobilized by alginate sodium, gelatin and PVA on Pb^2+ ions was studied in the paper. The experimental results indicated that there was the bdst effect when the concentration of alginate, gelatin and PVA was 1% respectively, pH value was 4.5, the Pb^2+ ion initial concentration was 0.9652 mmol . L^-1, the concentration of beer yeast was 5 g/L, adsorption time was I h under the room temperature.Its adsorption model was conformed to the Langmuir isothermal adsorption equation.
