摘要
该文分析了企业人本管理中存在的种种问题,提出了创新人本管理的对策,并得出结论认为,人本管理是谋求人全面、自由发展的终极的管理,是人与企业的一种关系和行为的协调,对现代管理者本身就是对人和物及信息管理的再造。
The article analyzes various problems for the subsistence in the enterprise humane management, puts forward the countermeasures for the innovation humane management. And the conclusion is that the humane management is the ultimate management for trying for the full and free development of the human, is the coordination of a relation and action of the human with an enterprise, and is the reforger of the human, substance and information management for the modern managers.
