Arndt支气管阻断导管并发症分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察使用Arndt支气管阻断导管进行单肺通气的有效性和安全性,并对相关并发症的原因进行分析。方法选择择期行开胸手术需单肺通气患者50例,使用Arndt支气管阻断导管进行单肺通气。结果50例患者均实行单肺通气,其中6例患者出现了与导管相关的并发症,经过及时的正确处理,均保证术中有效的单肺通气,患者术后恢复良好。结论应用Arndt支气管阻断导管可以安全有效进行单肺通气,但是在使用中应仔细观察患者与机械通气相关的各项监测指标,及时发现异常情况并进行有效处理,以保证单肺通气有效性及其患者的安全。
