德育是中等职业学校教育的重要组成部分。在新的形势下,应重新认识中等职业学校德育工作的重要性,重点加强职业道德教育,创新工作思路,实现德育工作的规范化、科学化和制度化,以培养思想过硬、业务精良、具有创新能力的高素质人才。
