介绍了元数据研究的最新进展,对EAD和MARC之间的关系进行了探讨,着重分析了EAD与MARC的映射关系,并以吉林省档案馆中朝档案的著录项为例向大家展示如何进行EAD与MARC的映射。指出元数据发展所面临的问题,并对元数据的发展趋势提出了自己的见解。
The paper introduces the up-to-the-minute research progress on metadata, discusses the relationship between EAD and MARC, emphatically analyzes the mapping of EAD and MARC, takes example for China DPRK files in Jilin Province Archives to show how to implement the mapping of EAD and MARC, and points out the problems which metadata will be confronted within the developing course, brings forward views of own about the trend of development of metadata.
