摘要
参考咨询服务历来是图书馆情报机构的核心服务工作之一,尤其当今数字化、网络化时代,数字参考咨询服务显得更为重要,它是提高服务水平,提高文献信息资源利用率的一个关键因素。如何更好地开展数字参考咨询服务?本文从系统结构与技术的角度出发,论述了全方位数字参考咨询服务体系建设。
It is one of the kernel tasks for the information department of the library to provide the reference and advisory service to the readers who are eager for service. Especially in the digitalization and intemet time, today it is more important than anytime, because it is an important factor for the library to raise the service level and the utilization ratio of document resources. In this paper we discuss how to construct the digital reference and advisory system in, so that the library can give full play of the service to the readers.
