摘要
曝气生物滤池具有占地小、效率高和能耗低等一系列优点。本文通过对中国化建设总公司常州涂料化工研究院的涂料废水工程实例的研究,对两级曝气生物滤池从启动阶段开始到经过4年的稳定运行,分析了曝气生物滤池对涂料废水的应用,经过两段生物处理后的出水水质好并且稳定,能够达到涂料废水的Ⅱ级排放标准。
BAF has a number of advantages, in terms of its less field occupation, high efficiency and low energy consumption. Based on an example of Changzhou Paint ＆ Coatings Chemical Industry Research Institute, from the beginning of the start - up stage to the stable operation, this article analyzed the application of BAF in paint wastewater treatment during the four years. After two sections of biological treatment, the effluent water is qualified and good stability, and the paint wastewater can reach the emission standard of level Ⅱ.
