摘要 综述了国内外在组合材料芯片技术研究和应用领域的最新进展。近年来,随着微小样品的结构和成分检测系统、纳米压痕测试系统等的发展,先进组合材料芯片技术在合金材料研究领域的应用日益深入,包括精细相图研究、合金的力学/磁学/耐蚀性能等研究,充分展示了组合方法在新型合金材料研发进程中所表现的快速和高效双重特点。 The current development of the innovative combinatorial materials approach and its applications are reviewed in this paper. The combinatorial method has been widely used in various areas related with alloy materials for their phase-diagram, mechanical properties, anti-corrosion properties, and so on, and shows obviously its advantage in fast discovery and optimization of new kinds of alloy, with the help of the successful development and applications of nano-indentation, microstructure analysis and composition analysis for small samples or small testing areas.
