以大量的数据资料，全面系统地分析了煤矿灾害的现状与致灾特点，提出了煤矿防灾减灾对策。
The present situation and characteristics of coal mine disasters are ana-lyzed systematically by using a vast amount of data. The measures to reduce coal mine disasters are proposed.
