摘要
文章从进城务工人员职业发展的角度,分析和描述了当代进城务工人员的职业倾向特征,探讨了进城务工者继续教育难以匹配职业倾向的原因,并寻找对策,提出进城务工人员继续教育应基于其职业倾向的新理念。
The article looks into the career development of migrant workers, and the causes for deficiencies in continuing education out of tune with their vocational inclinations, therefore providing feasible approaches of intervention and assis-tance, and putting forward the new conception of continuing education in line with migrant workers'job orientation.
