摘要
随着我国建筑业的迅猛发展及其作为支柱产业在国民经济中地位的不断提升,政府越来越重视作为引导和约束作用的工程建设标准化工作对建筑市场的健康可持续发展的重要作用。本文针对我国建筑业发展的客观要求及现行工程建设标准间存在的各种问题,通过探讨我国现有的工程建设标准体系及其与建筑业的关系,分析、探讨建筑业标准体系构成的原则、分类及体系表构成等。
On the basis of construction industry development and the pillar status in our economy in the whole, our government is paying more attention on engineering construction standardization which is playing an important role in sustainable development on the construction market. This paper investigates the objective request of the development in construction industry and varies problems between the existing engineering construction standards. Also, based on discuss on the relationship between the construction standard system and the construction industry, the author analyzes and gives out the principle of the engineering construction standard system, classification and frameworks.
