企业文化是现代企业管理制度的一个重要组成部分,是促进企业发展的长效机制。一个企业要获得长久的成功,必然要培养一种良好的企业文化。在培养企业文化时要注重企业文化的内涵,每个企业文化的内涵是不同;所以,我们在树立自己企业的文化时不能完全照搬于他人的模式。企业亚文化与企业文化相伴而生,企业亚文化产生于企业非制度性群体中,与企业文化共同作用于企业员工。企业文化与企业亚文化在企业中以四种可能情况存在,每一种情况对企业造成的结果都可能不同。
