摘要
“事业单位”是中国独有的对某种社会组织的一种称谓。也正是由于中国独特的社会组织结构，事业单位历来就表现出与政府、非政府组织、非盈利性组织的界限模糊。中国当前正在进行的“事业单位改革”也由于各个层面上对“事业单位”的认识不统一而进展缓慢，因此笔者认为从本质概念上对事业单位、政府、非政府组织以及非盈利性组织加以区别是改革成功的最基本的需要。本文所要进行的工作就是从上述角度去理清事业单位的概念。
＂The institution＂ is China sole possession name to some kind of social organization＇s. Also as a result of the China unique social organization structure, the institution always displays and the government, the non-official organization, the non- profit organization＇s boundary is fuzzy. China presently is carrying on ＂the institution reforms＂, also as a result of different stratification have different cognition to ＂The institution＂, the reform progress slowly. Therefore the author thought from the essential definite the institution, the government, the non- official organization as well as the non-profit organization is the reform＇s key. This article＇s task is definition the institution＇s concept from the above angle.
