多电平逆变器共模电压抑制方法的研究

摘要 针对多电平逆变器,提出了一种简化的电压空间矢量脉宽调制(VSV-PWM)方法。该方法是先将电压矢量向复平面分解,并以相应的基准对分解后的横纵坐标进行标幺化。然后通过参考电压矢量来选择3个电压矢量和对应的作用时间,最后再将所选择的电压矢量变换为对应的三相电压波形。该方法具有实现简单、通用性强等优点,而且还具有较好的抑制多电平逆变器共模电压的作用。在此,通过Matlab/Simulink仿真和实验研究证明了该方法的正确性和可行性。 A terse method of voltage space vector pulse width modulation based on mutli-levels inverter is presented. Firstly,voltage space vectors are disassembled into complex plane.Moreover,we normalize ahscissa and ordinate of disassembled with homologous norm.And then,three voltage vectors and its operation times are selected via reference voltage vectors.Finally,we can transform selected voltage vectors into corresponding three phase voltage waveforms.This method have many strongpoint, such as realization briefness and better universality,moreover,this method also has better effect of suppressing multi-level inverter's common-mode voltage.It is,at last,investigated with Matlab/Simulink simulation and experiment,the results prove that the method is correct,which has some applicable values in field of high voltage variable frequency and power system.
