摘要
目的了解乌鲁木齐市地区健康中老年人汉族、维吾尔族人群新鲜血浆中组织因子途径的变化。方法血浆中的组织因子(TF)、组织因子途径抑制物(TFPI)、凝血因子Ⅶ抗原(FⅦAg)、激活的FⅦ(FⅦa)及D二聚体(D-dimer)检测采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA);凝血因子Ⅶ促凝活性(FⅦ:C)测定采用一期凝固法。观察对象包括40名汉族正常人和40名维吾尔族正常人。结果(1)汉族人群、维吾尔族人群其TF抗原、总TFPI(t-TFPI)、全长TFPI(f-TFPI)、TF/t-TFPI、TF/tr-TFPI、tr-TFPI/f-TFPI比值差异无显著性(P>0.05);(2)与汉族比较,维吾尔族血浆中截短TF-PI(tr-TFPI)含量、TF/f-TFPI及tr-TFPI/t-TFPI比值明显降低(P<0.05),但f-TFPI/t-TFPI比值明显升高(P<0.05);(3)FⅦAg、FⅦa、FⅦ:C和三者之间比值差异无显著性(P>0.05);(4)血浆D-dimer差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论与汉族健康中老年人相比,维吾尔族人血浆组织因子途径成分并无明显差别,但tr-TFPI较低。
Objective In order to investigate the changes of fresh plasma tissue factor pathway （TFP） in the healthy volunteers of Han nationality and Uygur nationality, in Urumqi, China. Methods Plasma tissue factor （TF）？ TF pathway inhibitor （TFPI） antigen and FⅦ ：Ag and activated FⅦ （FⅦa） and D-Dimer were measured with enzyme linked immunoabsorbent assay （ELISA）. Plasma FⅦ coagulation activity （FⅦ： C） was developed in the one- stage syetem. Blood samples were from 40 individuals of Han nationality and 40 individuals Uygur nationality. Results （ 1 ） The antigen levels of TF and t- TFPI and f- TFPI TF/t- TFPI, TF/ tr-TFPI, tr-TPFI/f-TFPI ratios were not significantly difference in the general populations of Han and Uyger nationalities （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. （2） Compared with the Han nationality, the levels of plasma tr- TFPI and TF/f- TF- PI and tr- TFPI/t- TFPI ratios in Uyger nationality were markedly lower （P 〈0.01 ; P 〈0. 05 ） , but compared with the Han nationality, the f- TFPI/t- TFPI ratios was remarkably higher （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. （ 3 ） F Ⅶ ： Ag, F Ⅶ a and F Ⅶ ：C and ratios were not signifiacant difference（ P 〉 0. 05 ）. （4） Plasma D-dimer was not significantly different（P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The results of this study demonstrated that Uyger nationslity circulating blood is in hypereoagulable state than that Han notionslity healthy volunteers. Compared with th Han nationality, the ingredients of plasma TFP in Uyger nationality were not signifiacant difference, but the tr- TFPI was markedly lower.
