摘要
选用堇菜属植物三色堇、紫花地丁、角堇、早开堇菜中的18个品系,对其株高、冠幅、花梗粗、花径、叶长、叶宽及茎粗共7个性状进行了研究分析,其中叶宽的变异系数最大。并通过杂交试验,测定了各杂交组合的结实率。结果表明:黄色三色堇作母本,杂交结实率较高;角堇作母本,杂交结实率为0.黄色三色堇与白色三色堇的亲合性最差,正反交结实率均为0.
Eighteen strains of Viola genus were chosen to analyse the variation coefficients of plant height, crown width, pedicel diameter,flower diameter,leaf length,leaf width and stem diameter. The correlation coefficient of leaf width is the greatest. The seeding rate was investigated by cross examination. The results indicated that crosses had high seeding rate when yellow Viola tricolor was female parent. Seeding rates of crosses are 0 when Violacornuta was female parent. Yellow Viola tricolor and white Viola tricolor have no compatibility and seeding rate of reciprocal crosses all are 0.
