摘要
伴随着总承包模式的不断推广,国内越来越多的工程项目采用总承包模式进行建设。总包方的项目物资管理工作是总承包项目管理工作的重要组成部分,主要包含项目物资采购、催交、监造、运输和现场物资管理等工作。物资管理工作的顺利进行是总承包项目顺利实施的前提条件,因此应做好项目物资管理工作,全面服务总承包项目建设。
With the spreading of EPC contracting mode, there are more and more domestic projects which are adopting this mode to construct. The equipments and materials management of the EPC contractor is the major part of the whole EPC contacting, which includes equipments procurement, pressing for delivery, quality audit, transportation and equipments management on site etc. The excellent implementation of the equipments and materials management is absolutely important premise of the EPC contracting, so the procurement work should be carried out perfectly to ensure the quality and delivery of the EPC contracting.
