摘要
针对企业一味追求信息化的现象,简述了基本管理方法中作业测定对企业信息化进程和信息化效果的影响,阐述了在现代企业信息化进程中作业测定的重要作用和意义,把6σ理论方法引入到作业测定方法中,通过一个实际示例的分析提出了一些应对我国企业进行信息化变革时有效进行作业测定的建议。
The effect of work-measurement on enterprise informationization and its significance in the process of enterprise informationization are discussed. By applying the 6σ Theory to the study of a work- measurement, this paper offers some valuable advice on how to use this tool to measure work effectively at the time when more and more companies seek for enterprise informationization.
