摘要
首先描述了联盟能力的研究背景,强调了联盟能力研究的重要性,接着详细回顾和总结了国内外研究的最新成果并作了相应的评述。在此基础上,提出了联盟能力今后的研究方向和思路。
First,this paper describes the research background of alliance capability,lying stress on the importance of such research.Then it goes deep into the latest achievement in this field both in china and abroad,making remarks as well. Based on it, this paper points out the direction and mode of the following research on alliance capability.
