146例住院高血压病患者知信行调查 被引量:2

摘要 目的了解住院高血压病患者的知信行情况,为开展住院高血压病患者的健康宣教提供科学依据。方法采用随机抽样的方法,在2006年1月~9月确诊为高血压病的住院病人进行问卷调查,评价高血压病人的知信行程度,并对结果进行统计分析。结果住院高血压病患者知信行较好者占61.23%(89/146);较差者占38.77%(57/146),其差异主要与年龄、文化程度、经济水平相关(P〈0.05)。仍有部分病人做不到知行合一、信行合一。剖析问卷项目回答知晓率,可知:医学专业性知识回答知晓率较低,患者主动去医院或社区获取相关知识的热情欠缺。结论健康教育的核心是行为改变,作为医务工作者应主动下基层、到社区及与患者一对一宣教。让高血压病患者能学以致用,真正做到知、信、行三者,合而为一,最终可能摒弃高血压病的相关危险行为。 Objective To find out the information of KAP on hospitalized hypertension patients, the investigation provides the scientific basis for launching the propaganda and education to the patients. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted by sampling to those hospitalized patients, whom had been diagnosed as hypertension on January to September in 2006, for evaluate their the extent of KAP and analyze the calculation. Results The better-done of patients on KAP have 61. 23%; the relatively poor-done have 38.77%. The difference is mainly related to age, level of knowledge and financial condition. However some of patients can't combine their knowledge to practice, or attitude to practice. After dissecting the rate of answer to the questionnaire survey, the result we found out is that there is low rate of answering on knowledge with high pre cised and professional medical science. The patients lacked of passion to acquire the related knowledge from hospital and community. Conclusion Healthy education focuses on changing of behavior. To be a medical worker, he or she should go to the basis level and the community actively, carrying out the propaganda and education to the patients face to face. Intensifying the related knowledge, building up the active attitude, doing the deed, combining the KAP, let the patients banish the danger action finally.
