摘要
目的探讨呼吸机治疗在重症SARS病人抢救中的作用。方法对8例重症SARS患者进行呼吸机治疗,8例均行无创通气,其中3例在治疗中改为有创通气。总结对比呼吸机治疗期间的指征把握、治疗效果、参数调节及并发症的防治。结果8例重症SARS病人,治愈7例,死亡1例。结论及早进行呼吸机治疗、加强一线医护人员呼吸治疗相关知识的培训、重视营养支持、防治肺部感染和机械通气相关并发症的发生,是提高重症SARS病人抢救成功率的关键。
Objective： To discuss the effects of ventilation treatment for patients with severe acute respiratory syndrome.Methods： Eight cases of severe acute respiratory syndrome（SARS） were treated by ventilator,and noninvasive positive pressure ventilation（NIPPV） was performed,and invasive positive pressure ventilation（IPPV） was performed later in 3 of them.Results： 7 in 8 were cured while 1 case was dead.The death rate of severe patients was 14.1% and the total death rate was 7.1%.Conclusion： Ventilation treatment should be given as early as possible,and attention should be paid to ventilation treatment knowledge and training of doctors and nurses,importance should be given to nutrition support,prevention and treatment of lung infection and complication associated with mechanical ventilation,all of which are the key to raising the success rate of severe SARS.
