摘要
建立了一种测定１氨基４溴蒽醌２磺酸的高效液相色谱（ＨＰＬＣ）方法。以甲醇—水为流动相，四丁基溴化铵为离子对试剂，２萘酚为内标物，检测波长为２４０ｎｍ，线性范围为０～０１８ｍｇ／ｍｌ，浓度测定的变异系数为０２０％～０３４％。
The method was studied in RP HPLC analysis of 1 amino 4 bromo anthraquinone 2 sulfonic acid.Chromatographic conditions are with methanol water as mobile phase,tetrabutylammonium bromide as ion pair reagent,2 naphthol as internal standard and UV detection at 240nm.The method gave a linear range of 0～0.18mg/ml and a coefficient of variation of 0.20%～0 34%
