摘要
针对尿素工艺系统故障停车的主要原因为高压氨泵和二氧化碳压缩机跳车造成的,结合生产实际,提出工艺改造方案,有效控制了系统停车。
The main reason for the shutdown of urea process system is the trip of high pressure ammonia pump and CO2 compressor. Combining with practical production, the author presents process revamping scheme to effectively control system shutdown.
