摘要
计算机网络技术的迅猛发展,对经济社会发展起着巨大的推动作用,但也给著作权领域中的权利保护带来了新的挑战。加强对网络环境下著作权保护,是时代发展的要求,也是利益平衡的体现。明确网络服务提供者的共同责任,完善著作权集体管理制度,加强网络道德建设,是目前加强网络环境下著作权保护可行和有益的做法。
With the fast development of computer network technology, while it greatly pushed the economic and social development, it also brought new challenge to the copyright protection in the field of copyright. To strength the copyright protection under network environment not only is the demand of times development, but embodies the interest balance. To make sure the common responsibility of the provider of network service, perfect the collective management system of copyright, strength the network moral construction are feasible and beneficial measure to strength the copyright protection under the network environment.
